Confirm the workflow before you start
VPNLK’s marketing pages cover plans, routes and guides, while accounts, orders, subscriptions and client downloads are handled in the user panel at the site root. Before you begin, keep this guide open and access the user panel in a new browser tab. That way, if interface labels differ, you can check the guide without searching through multiple pages.
The complete workflow has five parts: account, plan, subscription, client and connection. The account stores your order and subscription status; the plan determines available data; the subscription link syncs route settings to the client; the client establishes the connection; and outbound details confirm whether it works. Once this sequence is clear, each later step is easier to follow. Do not search the web first for installation packages or configuration files, and do not mix another service’s subscription into this client. Use the content shown in the VPNLK user panel as the source of truth.
If you already have a VPNLK account, skip ahead to “Choose a Plan” or “Get a Subscription.” If the client is already installed, still check the subscription status in the user panel before updating it. The client can retrieve the current routes only when the subscription is active. For protocol differences, AI tool connection requirements or developer setup, read the Complete Guide to Accessing AI Tools; this page focuses only on the main path to your first connection.
Create an Account and Enter the User Panel
Open the VPNLK registration page, enter a username you plan to keep using, and set a password that is not reused on other websites. VPNLK does not require an email address; your username and password are the primary credentials for entering the user panel. Submit the form to register. The page should open the account area automatically; if it does not, use the “Log in” link at the top of the site with the credentials you just set.
After entering the panel, confirm that the account overview, plans, client downloads and orders sections load correctly. Seeing no subscription yet is normal because you have not chosen a plan. Save the username in a trusted password manager, and make sure the browser has not autofilled credentials from another site. The subscription link will also be obtained from this account, so use both your account credentials and subscription details only on your own devices.
If the username is already taken, choose another name that is easy to remember but difficult to guess. If login repeatedly returns to the login page, check the username’s capitalization and the password, then refresh and try again. If you still cannot enter, visit the Help Center and open the account and login section. This step is complete when you are in the user panel and can see the plans entry.
Choose a Plan for Your Usage
Open the plans section in the user panel and first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages. A monthly subscription provides a fixed amount of monthly data that resets each month from the activation date, making it suitable for regular use. A data package remains valid until the data is used and never expires, which suits irregular usage. Current monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Choose based on your everyday usage rather than selecting a larger tier for occasional use.
Open the plan details, check the plan name, data allowance, duration and order total, then proceed to checkout. VPNLK supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT; the checkout page shows the payment options currently available. After payment, do not submit the same order again—return to the panel and check its status. Once the status updates, the account overview will show the active subscription and its data allowance. If the old status remains, refresh the user panel to reload it.
When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. If you are unsure about your first data requirement, start with a tier close to your normal usage and adjust later based on the actual usage shown in the panel. All plans support unlimited devices online at the same time and cover 120+ countries / 180+ routes. When choosing for the first time, focus on data and duration rather than comparing device limits again. VPNLK offers 7-day hassle-free refunds; see the Refund Policy for the detailed terms.
Get the Subscription Link from the User Panel
After the order status updates, open the account overview in the user panel. Find the current subscription section and confirm that the plan name, remaining data and active status are shown. Then use the copy option provided on the page to get the subscription link. This is not an ordinary webpage address; it is the credential a client uses to read route settings. Do not open it in a browser or send it to public chats, forums or screenshots.
If you need to identify the link format in a guide, use an obviously fake value such as:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
The address above cannot connect to VPNLK and contains no real subscription information. In practice, always copy the content generated in your own account overview. After copying it, stay signed in to the user panel and open the client download section for the relevant system. Download links are provided only in the user panel; this page does not host direct installer links or display a usable subscription address.
If no subscription appears in the overview, return to the orders section and check the payment status. If payment is still processing, wait for the status to update instead of creating another order. If the order is complete but the subscription is still missing, refresh the panel and sign in again. If the subscription link was exposed publicly or sent to an untrusted party, use the reset option in the panel to generate a new link; stop using the old one afterward. For updating clients after a reset, see the client and connection section of the Help Center.
Import the Subscription on Different Platforms
Open the client downloads section in the user panel and choose the platform for your device. Return to this section after installation and follow the relevant platform steps. Interface labels vary, but the core actions are the same: open the subscription entry, paste the link copied from the account overview, save it and update the routes. A successful import should show a list of regions or cities. If the page is blank, the link was usually copied incompletely or the client has not run an update.
Windows
Get the Windows client from the user panel and install it. On first launch, find “Subscription Management,” “Configuration Management” or an entry with an add icon. Choose Import from URL and paste the complete subscription link from the account overview. You can name it VPNLK to distinguish it from other local configurations. Save it, click Update, wait for the route list to appear, then return to the client’s main screen.
Windows clients usually provide a system proxy or connection switch. For first use, keep the default mode; there is no need to change the protocol, port or advanced routing. Choose a suitable route and enable the connection. If the system requests network access, confirm that the request comes from the VPNLK client you just installed, then follow the system prompts to authorize it. Advanced routing and developer-tool proxy settings are not necessary for the first connection and can be handled with a detailed guide once the basic connection is stable.
macOS
Get the macOS client from the user panel, follow the system prompts to install it and open it. In the configuration or subscription section, choose Add Remote Subscription, paste the link into the address field and save it. Run an update so the client can load the available routes. If macOS shows a network extension or VPN configuration authorization prompt, follow the system instructions and complete authorization with the device’s system authentication.
After authorization, return to the client, choose a route and enable the connection. The menu bar usually includes a client status entry where you can quickly view the current route or disconnect. If the import succeeds but the connection switch is unavailable, first check whether the network extension permission is active in System Settings, then fully quit and reopen the client. For a detailed explanation of macOS permission prompts and network extensions, see the macOS Zero-to-Connected Guide.
Android
On an Android device, open the downloads section in the user panel and get the client provided by VPNLK. Install and open it, then find Add Subscription or Import from Link on the configuration page, paste the subscription address and save it. Tap Update manually and confirm that route names appear. Some interfaces place the subscription entry in a side menu; if you cannot find it, open the menu and check Configuration, Subscription or Remote Files.
When you choose a route and enable the connection, Android displays a VPN connection authorization prompt. Confirm it so the client can establish the system-level network tunnel. A VPN indicator appears in the system status area while connected. If the client is frequently paused by the system, allow it to run normally in the device’s app settings. Settings names vary by device, so this page does not list brand-specific paths. If the background connection is interrupted, follow the Android troubleshooting sequence in the Help Center.
iOS
On iOS, sign in to the user panel first, open the client downloads section and follow the acquisition method shown there for the relevant client. After installation, choose Add Subscription, Download Configuration from URL or a similar option, paste the subscription link and confirm. A successful update should show the route list. If nothing changes after pasting, copy the complete link from the account overview again and run the update once more.
When you connect for the first time, iOS asks to add a VPN configuration. Read and confirm the system prompt, then return to the client, choose a route and connect. Once active, the current status appears in the system status area and in the VPN item in Settings. App Store region, configuration authorization and quick actions are iOS-specific. If your device has trouble obtaining the client, read the iOS Client and App Store Region Review instead of repeatedly switching incompatible clients during the basic setup.
Choose a Route and Verify the Connection
After the subscription update finishes, start with a nearby route or one that matches the region of the service you want to use. Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore are often suitable for everyday access in Asia; for region-specific content, choose the relevant country or city. IEPL, transit and direct routes shown beside route names represent different link types. For first use, there is no need to adjust protocol parameters individually—keep the default configuration delivered by the subscription.
Enable the client connection after choosing a route. Wait until the status changes to connected, then open a new browser tab and visit IP Lookup. Compare the outbound IP and location before and after connecting. If the displayed outbound region has changed, system traffic is passing through the selected route. After verification, open the website or app you actually need. Separating “the client says connected” from “browser traffic is working” makes troubleshooting easier.
If the client says connected but IP Lookup still shows the original outbound location, disable any standalone proxy extension in the browser and test again in a new browser session. Also confirm that the client is using system-wide connection mode rather than a mode limited to one app. Disconnect before changing modes, then reconnect afterward to avoid stale state. If only one app is unavailable while the browser’s outbound location has changed, check that app’s cache, region settings or connection method according to its requirements.
After verification, try other routes in the client and compare the stability of actual pages, streaming output and long-lived connections. Do not judge performance by the route name alone; your real use case is a better reference. AI tools can be sensitive to region detection, IP consistency and streaming output. The Complete Guide to Accessing AI Tools covers route selection and developer-tool settings in one place; this page does not repeat them.
Follow These Steps When Connection Is Unstable
Start basic troubleshooting with the subscription status rather than changing many parameters immediately. Sign in to the user panel and confirm that the plan is active and data remains available, then return to the client and update the subscription. After the update, disconnect from the current route, switch to one in the same or a nearby region and reconnect. Many temporary issues can be resolved in this order: confirm the subscription, update routes, reconnect.
If the client cannot read the subscription, check for extra spaces before or after the pasted content, and confirm that you copied the personal subscription from the account overview rather than the current browser address. If the subscription was reset, the old address saved in the client will not be replaced automatically; delete the old configuration and import the new link. If the client reports an unsupported configuration format, return to the client downloads section and import it again using the client type recommended for the current platform. Do not manually edit the returned subscription content.
If no route can connect, fully quit the client, reopen it and authorize the network configuration again. After a system update, also check whether existing network extension permissions are still active. If only one route has a problem, switch to another route instead of reinstalling the client. If only one website or app behaves unexpectedly, use IP Lookup to confirm the basic connection, then clear that app’s old session or sign in again.
This page has covered the complete main path for first-time use. Account issues, subscription updates, system permissions, speed evaluation and payment refunds each require different troubleshooting paths, so adding everything here would make the workflow harder to follow.
