These Terms apply to the cross-border network access and subscription services provided by VPNLK. By visiting this site, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using related features, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the service. You are responsible for deciding whether the service suits your intended use under the rules applicable where you are located and where you access.

Service Content and Scope

VPNLK provides access to international routes, subscription management, route switching, and client connection support. The current service covers 120+ countries / 180+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes may change because of maintenance, regional conditions, upstream resource adjustments, or third-party service policies.

The service is designed to improve connection paths and the experience of cross-border access. It does not control the websites, apps, or third-party platforms you visit, and it makes no promises about third-party content, account reviews, regional policies, or feature changes. When using third-party services, you must continue to follow their applicable rules.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. You must protect your login details, subscription credentials, and client configurations, and you are responsible for activity carried out under your account. If you notice unusual credential use, change your password promptly and update the relevant configuration in the user panel.

An active subscription supports simultaneous use on unlimited devices, but only on devices managed or controlled by the account holder. Accounts, subscription credentials, and route access must not be sold, rented, transferred, publicly posted, or shared long-term with unrelated people, and must not be used to build a resale service. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, invalid configurations, and account risks caused by exposed credentials or improper sharing.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Exact prices, traffic allowances, and available plans are shown on the plans page and in the user panel.

Compliant Use Requirements

When using VPNLK, you must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the service is used. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or infringe the legitimate rights of others. Using the routes for network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, harassment, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized system access, or other conduct that may compromise network or device security is prohibited.

You must not interfere with route scheduling, bypass account permission controls, consume resources in bulk, or send abnormal automated requests to this site, the user panel, or related interfaces. If your usage affects other users' normal connections, VPNLK may take necessary measures such as rate limiting, suspending access, or asking you to adjust your usage.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

VPNLK maintains, replaces, and schedules routes according to their status, but cross-border connections are affected by factors including the underlying network, your device, system settings, carrier routing, and third-party platform policies. The service may be interrupted by scheduled maintenance, temporary faults, force majeure, or upstream resource changes. Route names, protocols, and accessible regions may also change as a result of maintenance.

You should back up necessary configurations and confirm the connection status before performing important operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for losses caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, exposed credentials, changes to third-party services, or events beyond VPNLK's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Suspension and Termination

If you violate these Terms, resell a subscription, publicly share credentials, interfere with service operation, engage in unlawful activity, or create an obvious security risk, VPNLK may suspend relevant features, reset subscription credentials, or terminate account access based on the nature of the issue. For activity requiring verification, you may be asked to submit an explanation through a ticket in the user panel.

When a subscription expires, available traffic is exhausted, or you voluntarily stop using the service, the relevant route permissions will be handled according to the plan status. Account termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination, nor does it affect provisions concerning compliant use, liability limits, and dispute handling that are intended to remain in effect.

Updates and Refund Guidance

VPNLK may update these Terms in response to changes in service content, technical conditions, operating rules, or applicable law. The updated version will be published on this page with its latest update date. Continuing to use the service after an update means that you accept the revised content. If a significant change affects how an existing subscription is used, the relevant information will be displayed on the site or in the user panel.
